Fort Worth Star-Telegram featured Tim in their roundup, “Wrapping up 2016: chili, chicken and cattle,” spotlighting the opening of the parlor. The article noted that on opening weekend, the parlor served up over 500 bowls of chili, and says the Frito pie “might set a new standard for Texas’ best.”
